In the retrial of Danny Masterson, his former girlfriend took the stand and testified about instances of rape and abuse.

In the trial, Danny Masterson's ex-girlfriend gave testimony stating that he raped her in 2001.

Throughout their five-year relationship, Masterson's ex-girlfriend suffered from abuse and controlling behavior.

At times, Masterson's ex-girlfriend felt compelled to engage in sexual activities to avoid angering him.

During the incident in 2001, it was evident that Masterson's ex-girlfriend did not provide consent and actively resisted.

During the rape, Masterson forcibly restrained her by pinning her arms down.

In an attempt to defend herself, Masterson's ex-girlfriend struck him in the head, but he retaliated by hitting her back.

Masterson is currently facing a retrial following a mistrial, and he maintains his denial of all allegations.

Testifying in court, Masterson's ex-girlfriend revealed that he became progressively more aggressive and controlling, frequently citing the teachings of the Church of Scientology.

Danny Masterson, known for his role in "That '70s Show," may face imprisonment due to rape charges brought against him. The American actor, also known for his affiliation with Scientology, has been convicted in rape cases. Bijou Phillips, Danny's wife and a prominent actor and model, was visibly emotional as she stood outside the courtroom, accompanying her husband who was in handcuffs.

According to the case, actor Danny Masterson (47) has been accused of forcibly raping three women in his hometown of Hollywood Hills, during incidents that occurred in 2001 and 2003. One of the women who testified against him stated that in 2003, he provided them with drinks, and when they became disoriented, he violently raped them while under the influence of alcohol.

Danny had connections with these women through their involvement in the Church. However, the jury did not come to a verdict on the third count of rape allegations, which involved his long-term girlfriend. The third woman was also a member of the same Church community.

The next court hearing is scheduled for August 4, during which Masterson is anticipated to receive a 30-year prison sentence. One of the victims expressed a mixture of emotions, including relief, exhaustion, strength, and sadness, upon learning that her abuser, Danny Masterson, would face legal consequences for his criminal actions.

While the spokesperson for Danny Masterson did not provide a comment, it is expected that his attorneys will likely file an appeal during the upcoming hearing on August 4.
